A Look at October and November's Goals

Wow! Another month has past! Can't believe it!  <><><> WRITING: OCTOBER October went pretty good in this area. I wrote several poems, and a short story. Let's see, my goals were: Prepping for NaNoWriMo Working on my poetry And writing a short story for world building my NaNo novel.  Prepping for NaNoWriMo went pretty good, actually. It was a bit hurried towards the end because I didn't start as early as I should've, but I got the main things down. My poetry also went pretty good. I have, in total, 5 new poems! The short story didn't happen, but it would've been tricky to manage with my schedule. WRITING: NOVEMBER GOALS Write my NaNo novel! SCHOOL  School's a nightmare right now. All my teachers decided right around the start of mid-term that they're going to assign twice as much homework. So. I've been struggling through boatloads of overdo work. ARTING I think I did a bit of journaling at the beginning of the month, but it sort o

The Behind The Blogger Tag

Hey guys!  I know I've been pretty absent lately, but with the end of October and the start of NaNoWriMo approaching quickly, I want to try to get into a good posting routine. RULES Thank the person who nominated you - Syberyah @  aTAGirl Answer the questions Ping back to the creator - Ellyn @  Allonsythornraxx Nominate 5+ bloggers to do the tag QUESTIONS 1. Why did you start blogging, and why have you kept blogging? I started blogging because I thought it'd be fun, and both my parents and best friend had blogs. I don't really know why I've kept it up, to be honest. I guess it just feels nice to write something and be able to share it with the outside world. ^-^ 2. What is your favorite type of blog post to write? Book reviews. I haven't done any yet, but I hope to start doing them soon. 3. What are your top three favorite blog posts? I don't have many yet, but I'd say  A Look at September And October's Goals ,  The Stars , and  Hullo! . 4. What are some

The Nameless Book Tag

This is my second book tag, so... yeah, it's obvious books are my life. 😂 Thanks, Syberyah ! Rules: There are none... that I know of. 1. What book has been on your shelf the longest? Probably my Little House On The Prairie trilogy (Laura Ingalls Wilder)? It has the first three books in a single copy. 2. What are your current read, your last read, and your book to read next? I'm reading two books at the moment. Catching Fire (book 2 of The Hunger Games; Suzanne Collins), and To Kill A Mockingbird (Harper Lee). My last read was, I think, The Hunger Games (book 1 " "). My next read is definitely Mockingjay (book 3 " "). 3. What book did everyone like but you hated? To be honest, I have no idea. I like most books I've read. 4. What book do you keep telling yourself you’ll read but probably won’t? I read any and every book I can get my hands on. So I don't have anything that fits in this category. 5. What books are you saving for retirement? Why would I

A Look at September and October’s Goals

Wooooo! We survived yet another month in quarantine! Happy October and may your blogging/writing/arting/whatever-you-do-for-a-hobby go great this month! ^-^ <><><> WRITING: SEPTEMBER  September produced almost nothing worth keeping. I got a few poems written though, so, yay for that. 😆 WRITING: OCTOBER GOALS October is also called Preptober in the land of NaNoWriMo novelists, making prepping for NaNoWriMo top priority this month. 😜 Work on poetry.  Write a short story for world building my NaNo novel.  SCHOOL  School was pretty hectic in September, as I was still easing into a good groove. This month it should be easier.  ARTING I started journaling up again last month. I hope I can continue that throughout October.  I’m doing an Instagram art project-like thing with a group of other insta artists. The prompt is Mechanical Wildlife and it’s due the 13th. I have a faint idea of what I might do, but it’s a work in progress.  READING: SEPTEMBER  I started The Hunger
